Two multifamily developments got a rare go-ahead from Flagstaff, and one has been in the pipeline for nearly two decades. Miramonte at Presidio in the Pines VI is part of the 91-acre Presidio in the Pines master planned community, which was approved in 2004. Also, the city council gave a first reading for a proposed rezoning for 172 apartments called Lofts on Butler, which would occupy 17 acres in a “future urban activity zone.”
