Dominium breaks ground on affordable housing for families and seniors in Glendale

Local, county and state leaders on Feb. 27 celebrated the groundbreaking of a combined 605 units of affordable housing for families and seniors. The two adjacent communities, 67 Flats and Juniper Square, will provide homes for those earning up to 60 percent of the area median income. Dominium has 1,500 affordable housing units in the works in the state and 1,500 more in the planning stages.
