Developer seeking city approval for changes to One Scottsdale project

The developer of the One Scottsdale project near Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road wants to change 1 million square feet of commercial on the property to multifamily, which would greatly increase the number of units that now stand at 2,000. It held an open house on Nov. 29 for public input.
