Developer investing $1B into new Valley affordable units; plus 10 more deals to know

Dominium, which has more than 1,500 affordable homes in the pipeline in Phoenix, and its partners are investing more than $1 billion into 1,500 more affordable apartments for essential workers and seniors over the next few years. A grand opening for the 308 units at Vista Ridge, 2050 W. Southern Ave, was scheduled for Oct. 24, while groundbreakings were slated on two adjacent properties in Goodyear totaling 657 units.
