Camelback Lakes, an office complex on 26th Street and Camelback Road, has more parking than it needs now that a lot of people work from home, so the owner wants to use some of the space to build 75 apartments. They hope to build larger, luxury units with an outdoor deck and swimming pool in the tony area. With fewer employees in the office on any given day, converting parking lots to apartments has become more popular for commercial owners.
