Arizona Housing Poll – Crosstabs

YouGov polled a representative sample by of 603 Arizona voters online from May 24 to June 1, 2023, on their levels of support for various legislative solutions to housing issues. Several questions concerned accessory dwelling units, parking, multifamily housing, limiting governmental control over the appearance of housing and more. Overall, 71 percent of respondents strongly or somewhat supported the proposals to allow the state to ease up on roadblocks to housing. Other questions related to allowing more building versus preserving neighborhood character, and again, a majority supported more housing. The study broke down demographics by various categories such as gender, age, political affiliation, income and which candidate got their vote in the 2020 presidential election.
