Arizona has 3 of the Top 30 most sought-after cities for renters
The Phoenix suburbs showed well in RentCafe’s report this month gauging interest in moving. Never before have three Arizona cities ranked so high in popularity. Chandler catapulted 68 positions to hit number 20 and Gilbert and Peoria climbed from the bottom of the list in April at 114 and 133 to number 22 and 29, respectively. Phoenix, meanwhile, inched up from number 38 in April to 34. The report tracks page views and properties saved as favorites.
