Stonegate Introduces New Housing Units

The Stonegate community gears up to welcome additional rental properties by Minnesota developer Roers Companies. The developer proposed a 231-unit, gated complex by the Home Depot consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The building’s amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, dog park, and playground. If approved, this will be Roers Companies’ fifth Arizona development, which built apartments in Flagstaff, Buckeye, and Casa Grande.
