Wood Partners recently announced the development of a luxurious residential community, Alta Firewheel, in Garland, Texas. This will be their second development in Garland, after the success of Alta Spring Creek in 2021. Alta Firewheel offers the convenience of being just moments away from a diverse array of retail stores and restaurants, as well as proximity to the city’s major employment hubs. The community will consist of 250 units with a range of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
