Scottsdale developer announces new Tucson apartment community

A new apartment community with 156 units is set to open in north Tucson in mid-March. Scottsdale developer MC Companies is responsible for The Place at Arroyo Verde at the northeast corner of La Cholla Boulevard and Old Magee Road, offering pet-friendly studio to three-bedroom units.
