Phoenix housing market likely to fully recover in 2024, one expert predicts

After seeing slight declines in home prices in 2023, Phoenix saw a 0.9% increase year-over-year last October, leading one expert to predict record highs in sales prices in 2024. Also, new home sales here are up slightly even as they plunged 5.6 nationwide.
