Millennials Say “Whatever, Boomer” to Single-Family Homes

The multifamily market continues to be hot for investors, thanks in part to Millennials eschewing home ownership. Many cite red-hot home prices for shying away, with 22 percent of Millennials saying they’ll never buy. Although rents are high, they’re still less of a burden than a monthly mortgage payment coupled with a costly down payment.
