Joint venture proposes apartment units, plus retail and restaurants in east Mesa
A cadre of developers filed plans with Mesa to develop more than 60 acres near Signal Butte Road and Southern Avenue. Medina Station would include 851 apartments and almost a quarter million square feet of commercial space. Hawkins Co. hopes to build 686 units and Greystar plans 165 “active adult” apartments for those 55 and up.
