Gilbert approves $1 billion, 311-acre The Ranch mixed-use project

After a year-and-a-half of wrangling with Gilbert and its residents, IndiCap finally got approval to build The Ranch. The $1 billion mixed-use project on 311 acres on the west side of Power Road between Elliot and Warner roads will include roughly 39 acres of multifamily and mixed-use products providing work-live-play opportunities. It will also have light industrial and various commercial types, including restaurants, offices, stores and gyms.
