Affordable Multifamily Development Built Alongside ‘Restaurant Row’ in Maricopa

City of Maricopa
Paces Preservation Partners is set to embark on the construction of a 150-unit affordable multifamily development spanning 8.35 acres of a 22-acre parcel. Situated near the southeast corner of White and Parker and Bowlin Roads in Maricopa, the project will complement a strip of restaurants known as Restaurant Row. While specifics regarding the development’s design remain limited, the developer has outlined plans to incorporate one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Prospective tenants will be required to meet income eligibility criteria, with a maximum threshold set at 80% of the average median income, equivalent to $59,600. Financing for the project will be facilitated through federal and state low-income housing tax credits administered by the Arizona Department of Housing.
