193 Units Proposed for Casa Grande Infill Site

Interest in providing more apartments in Casa Grande continues to grow as developers requested a major site plan review for 193 units at the southwest corner of O’Neil Drive and Center Avenue. The infill site is entitled to multifamily development and is adjacent to single-family homes, a mobile home community, an RV storage facility and a post office/self-storage facility. This would join 21 other multifamily projects in the works—from the design to construction phases—in Casa Grande, along with four projects that are on hold.
