Pennrose Breaks Ground on Phoenix Affordable Housing

Garfield Housing Phase II, 60 units of affordable housing for those age 55 and older, recently broke ground at 1510 E. Portland St. and should be done by winter 2024. The project’s first phase, Garfield Commons, provided 100 units for veterans, and the third phase will offer 60 more affordable units.
