Over Easy, other restaurants to open near ASU in Tempe; 8 more real estate deals to know

A $500 million project on 88 acres in Peoria’s Old Town is bringing an industrial park, luxury apartments, build-to-rent homes and retail. Peoria Place by Greystar Real Estate Partners broke ground on the industrial portion, which was slated to begin last fall, and the residential phase should break ground this summer. In other news, an additional 500 apartments are being developed at Novus Place in Tempe in addition to 318 units there called The Piedmont, and a dairy farm in Buckeye has been sold for a potential mixed-use development.
