Three major multifamily projects went before Casa Grande’s Planning and Zoning Commission in October. Z Modular is asking for an amendment from commercial to multifamily for 247 units, Maximillian Investment Company wants to develop 190 build-to-rent homes on 18.5 acres at Kadota Avenue and Rodeo Road, and Westates wants to build 120 multifamily units under the name The Lofts @ G-Diamond on 10.2 acres at Korsten Road and Colorado Street.
