MEB Management Services, headquartered in Phoenix, and Weller Management, have joined forces to create Bryten Real Estate Partners. With a combined portfolio of nearly 47,000 units nationwide, Bryten aims to expand its footprint across 13 states, including Arizona, with a wide variety of products, including mid-rise, garden style, build-to-rent, luxury communities, new developments, student living, and attainable housing.
