Johnson Ranch Residents Oppose Planned High-Density Apartments: Public Hearing Set for October 19th
NIMBYs are fighting a proposed rezoning of about 17.64 acres of Johnson Ranch to high-density multifamily apartments that could house an untold number of people. They illogically argue that homes would bring more traffic and lower their property values, and they want more businesses—which surely would increase traffic—instead. A public hearing will be held on Oct. 19 and they’re sure to have their pitchforks and torches held high.
