Here are the largest metro Phoenix apartment projects under construction in 2023

Rents should rise slightly in 2024 due to ongoing robust demand fueled in part by a healthy economy, but not by much thanks to a continued spate of new apartment buildings. Phoenix was expected to add 20,541 new units by the end of 2023. Some of the biggest projects in town range from 389 units at Saiya, 801 N. Second Ave., to 747 units at Realm Phoenix, 601 N. Central Ave. Projects in Buckeye, Chandler, Goodyear and Tempe were also in the top 14.
