Affordable housing developer Dominium was planning a grand opening on Oct. 24 for Vista Ridge, a 308-unit apartment complex in South Phoenix for those earning no more than 60% or area median income. The next day, it scheduled a groundbreaking for two adjacent properties in Goodyear that will supply 396 units of affordable apartment homes for families and 261 units of affordable senior apartment homes.
