Curve Breaks Ground on Phoenix-Area SFR

In Waddell about 30 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix and seven miles from Luke Air Force Base, Curve Development broke ground on 102 single-family rental homes. Phoenix is a major center for this sector, with 5,892 residences coming online in the first seven months of 2023 in the Valley, which is 1.8 percent of rental stock and double the national average.
