Construction for Arizona’s Tallest Apartment Tower is Making Headway

Aspirant Development, a Scottsdale-based developer, is planning to start construction of Arizona’s tallest residential tower, The Astra, in 2025. The Astra will be a 44-floor tower, standing at 541 feet. A second tower, standing at 483 feet, will also be built alongside it, which will consist of around 290 “urban suites”. These are co-living spaces where residents share common areas such as the kitchen and living room but have their own rooms. The project also includes plans for 185,000 square feet of office space, 14,500 square feet of retail space, and restaurant space. This is one of many projects the Aspirant Development has in the pipeline throughout Arizona.
