Tempe is soon to welcome Copa Health’s La Victoria Commons, an affordable housing development by Copa Health. This development includes a 104-unit apartment complex, with about 30 percent of the units set aside for people with a diagnosis and 70 percent will be income-based. It will also feature a restaurant, community service room, and health clinic. It is Copa Health’s largest housing initiative and consolidates all services in one location.
