World’s Largest Community of 3D Printed Homes Reaches Final Phase

The Vulcan, a state-of-the-art 3D printer from ICON, is currently finalizing the world’s largest 3D-printed community, known as the Genesis Collection, in Wolf Ranch, Georgetown, Texas. This ambitious project encompasses 100 homes, prices ranging from $450,000 to $600,000. It takes approximately three weeks to complete each home. These homes offer robust protection against water damage, mold, termites, and extreme weather conditions. Since initiating its 3D home printing endeavors in 2018, ICON has also partnered with NASA to advance construction technology for building structures on the Moon.
