What’s being built in Surprise? Dominium readying affordable housing project
The multifamily housing developer Dominium is preparing to build a 46-acre community in Surprise called Truman Ranch Marketplace. The project calls for 600 apartments and townhomes, with one section targeting families and another for older people.
A self-storage building, restaurants and small-scale retail are also planned.
The community is expected to be ready for move-in by 2026.
