West Valley prepares for uptick in employers, jobs as more companies choose Arizona

The West Valley is seeing a boom of jobs and development, with more than 100 million square feet of industrial space potentially poised for the area. Public-private partnership Westmarc says it’s preparing for an “Armageddon” of hiring by ramping up workforce development, education and training, but this article doesn’t address the elephant in the room: Housing. They can’t attract talent if they have nowhere to live, so the communities in that region better step up development.
