West Valley growth expected to soar over next decade
A land and housing forecast presented by the Land Advisors Organization revealed that a predicted 55% of Arizona’s growth over the next 10 years will be in the West Valley.
A webinar led by Greg Vogel, founder and CEO of the Land Advisors Organization, and Tina Tamboer, senior housing analyst with The Cromford Report, broke down the changes and land purchasing in the West Valley, a region that is experiencing some of the greatest growth in the country.
“The West Valley will continue to dominate the region in population growth, new single and multi-family housing of all types, industrial and now explosive high quality retail development,” the presentation stated.
An estimated 920,000 new residents are expected to move to the metro Phoenix area over the next ten years, requiring 340,000 new single family and multi-family housing units.
