Tricon, Arizona Pension Plan Invest $500M in SFR Strategy

Tricon Residential Inc. is teaming with Arizona State Retirement System again to invest in building 2,500 single-family rental homes in the Sun Belt. An earlier joint venture between the owner-operator Tricon and the state employees’ fund announced in September 2019 yielded 2,000 homes already built and nearly 3,500 in the pipelines.
