The Arizona Grand Resort eyes 65-acre expansion, upgrade
Locals and visitors who love Arizona Grand Resort and its amenities might someday be able to live there. The resort submitted extensive plans to Phoenix to develop nearly 65 acres in the vicinity that could include more hotel rooms and/or a 190-unit apartment building. The proposal also includes massive upgrades, including a “food and beverage district,” and walking/biking paths.
