Stackable home project begins downtown

 Stackable home project begins downtown

SkyMall founder and former state Sen. Bob Worsley has launched a company manufacturing low-cost, shippable tiny homes built by Navajo workers. ZenniHome is being marketed for those who want an accessory dwelling unit or for developers looking to quickly install its stackable modular homes for multifamily projects. Two models of 320 and 640 square feet are on display in downtown Mesa, and Worsley plans to connect 90 of the units into a mid-rise apartment building on Main Street, possibly this summer. The units will sell for $95,000 and $125,000 plus about $30,000 to $50,000.
