Scottsdale DRB to Consider 443-unit Multifamily Near Cavasson

Developer Dinerstein Companies hopes to build 443 apartments and townhomes at Legacy Boulevard and Miller Road on 20.5 acres it purchased in March in an Arizona Land Department auction. It fits within the 25 units per acre density recommended in the Scottsdale General Plan 2035. The project would preserve the desert character and include view corridors, setbacks, walkways and landscape buffers. A hearing date hasn’t been set.
