Ray, VeLa Top Out Downtown Phoenix Tower

Ray and VeLa topped out their 26-story Ray Phoenix tower, set for completion in early 2026 with $200 million in construction debt. The project will offer luxury apartments and amenities near downtown Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row. The duo is also developing a $211 million tower in Nashville amid broader apartment growth in Greater Phoenix.
