NAA, NMHC ask Trump to review housing regulations

The National Apartment Association and National Multifamily Housing Council are advocating for changes to federal regulations across 10 agencies that negatively impact the housing industry. The goal is to increase housing construction and lower costs.
Some of the proposals are to revise eviction rules, create more incentives for participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, support the use of artificial intelligence in housing advertisements and tenant screening and withdraw proposed regulations on worker heat safety.
