Main street with retail, office, commercial planned as last piece in Peoria community

The last piece of the puzzle for Peoria’s massive master-planned community of Vistancia, called Five North at Vistancia, will break ground in Q1 next year and should open in 2025. Nearly 2,000 apartments featuring a range of upscale styles and densities will come to be on 320 acres along with a “high-quality lifestyle hub” with a walkable “main street” of restaurants and retail. The location, a 10 minutes’ drive from the new Taiwan Semiconductor, is sure to lure professionals who will, in turn, attract other businesses to the area to support the residential growth. Vistancia, which opened in 2004, is home to roughly 17,000 people in its first four communities, which include Northpointe, Village at Vistancia, Blackstone at Vistancia, and Trilogy at Vistancia.
