Kaiser: Fictions do disservice to housing supply bill in Legislature

Kaiser points to his time serving on the Housing Supply Study Committee, which found that cities and towns are the main impediments to building, and he outlines factually what the bipartisan-supported SB1117 would do, which is help developers build more housing so people will have places to live.
