Hundreds of affordable apartments, retail shops and community space proposed for Guadalupe

The Guadalupe Town Council voted to negotiate exclusively with Richman Group on building 230 units of affordable apartments, retail space, a community center and open areas. The town has 350 applicants waiting for affordable housing and wants to build a space for families and seniors in order to preserve the cultures, which include Mexican and Pascua Yaqui.
