Developer with Mario Kart-inspired plans details more projects on tap in Phoenix
InveStellar Corp., which unveiled plans earlier this year for a Mario Kart-inspired apartment building on Roosevelt Row, has joined Intersection Development and has more for more hipster spaces in the area including a mixed-use project with apartments, restaurants, retail, galleries and more. It’s also working on an Atari-themed project but hasn’t released details. The company aims to create “an urban oasis” with a mix of smaller buildings surrounded by high-rises.
