Buckeye City Council considers future housing site

Buckeye gave the thumbs-up to rezone more than 76 acres at Rooks and Broadway roads from planned residential to multifamily. Hancock Builders asked for the change so it can provide 847 units of build-to-rent, duplexes, quadplexes and townhomes.
