Axon’s cases for multi-phased north Scottsdale campus face further review

Axon Enterprise Inc. wanted to complement its planned north Scottsdale headquarters with 1,975 housing units, a hotel and commercial space on 70 acres at Loop 101 and Hayden Road. However, the project applicants need a general plan amendment and rezoning to build any residential on it, and they face steep opposition. Before a Feb. 14 meeting the applicants asked for a continuance to a date “to be determined” and got it, so it’s off the table for now.
