729 apartments in first phase of 311-acre development
The Ranch, a 311-acre development in Gilbert, will include 729 apartment units across five zoning districts. The first phase features 220 apartments, mixed-use spaces, and commercial areas. Phase 1a will have additional apartments and retail spaces.
